One of the first things I noticed about Sweden the first time I came was how green it was. The fields the trees, and just the land was covered in natural growth. Bad for my allergies, but a refreshing sight. In my own backyard you can find lots of stuff to look at and amazed at what you can find. The past few days I have been picking cherries every morning from the tree outside my window. Have to get at them before all the birds devour them. During the fall the apples blossom and we are able to pick those as well. I think those are my favorite out of the fruits that you can find in the backyard. Mats' version of apple pie is so good we would eat one almost everyday last year. Yum.
