This purpose of all of Tony's work is so that I will be able to send you, my friends, a blog of where i am with an update on the Mission in Peru.
My host will be Father Maurice Schroeder OMI, MD, an old friend from our days scholasticate.
As the days unfold, I will be able to keep you abreast of exactly where I am and what i will be doing throughout the day.
Hopefully Tony will show me how to embellish my blog entries with photos of where I will be writing from.
at this particular juncture I would like to express my gratitude to Father Roy Boucher OMI the Superior of the Ontario local community. Since last November Father Roy has been very encouraging and supportive of my sabbatical year. Without his support, this once and a lifetime oppertunity would not have been taking place.
There remains 2 1/2 days until the plane takes off to Lima, where I will be met by Father Maurice Schroeder.
