Apart from landing here at 6 in the morning (midnight our time), the flight down was fine. It's hard work flying for 10 hours, not sleeping a wink and then having to start a new day!

We checked in early and then had to wait 3 hours before we could use the room. Crashed straight away and slept for a few hours.

Pretty much shattered all day yesterday, and then was up all night because I couldn't sleep. Kristina was ok - she'll sleep through anything, but I'm still a bit run down. We fly out to Phnom Penh at 7 tomorrow morning though, so it'll be an early night, an early start and then hopefully we'll be on local time.

Not a lot to say about Bangkok - we've been here before, so it feels very familiar. We notice things like a 7-11 that has closed down, some of the signs are a bit more faded, otherwise it's the same old pulsing city...
