I religiously took photos of all our meals in China. Well, sometimes I didn't remember until halfway through the meal. Actually, usually Beth remembered halfway through the meal. So in some shots you might notice the food is half eaten. ANYWAY, it was so delicious. So delicious. Beth and dan live in a spicy province and it was just awesome. not just spicy but really flavorful, lots of fresh herbs, fresh veggies, yum. Really really good. And so cheap. Yum. Here's a sampling of food in Hong Kong (not as flavorful), Guizhou province (where beth and dan live, yum) and at the beach on Hainan island (not as flavorful either but great seafood). Salivate and enjoy the tour!
