Where I stayed
Dolly Copp Campground

Yesterday we sadly left Maine and started out towards New Hampshire. We got to our campground and luckily found an aswesome site that fits the 40ft monsterous bus. (I was hoping we would not have to stay in a field with the rest of the RVers). The site is nice and has the Peabody river running behind it. We found this campground last year when we were here and were really looking forward to coming back to do some camping! It is called Dolly Copp campground and has quite a bit of history to it. We are staying here for a week, possibly longer depending on the weather and what it is we get to do/see in the first week. The campground is at the base of Mount Washington (the highest point in Eastern USA) and just down the road from Mt. Washington Auto road. In fact, I'm sitting at a cafe at the entrance of the road now looking up at the mountain. Its definitely beautiful! Last year we climbed Mt. Washington in the conversion van. I was on the verge of an anxiety attack the whole time lol. This year, we are toying with the idea of taking the train or the tram up. There are alot of other things to do and see around here! I hope the weather holds up (it's sunny and around 70 now). Its supposed to be sunny all week according to the forecast now (if that means anything), so its looking good for us!
