If you haven't already figured it out, I enjoy travelling. The time has already come around for another overseas adventure and this time I'll be enjoying the sights with my brother once again.
We both finished our exams last week (the last ones ever for Charles) and are now both busily working to ensure we have enough cash. At the same time we are also celebrating the end of uni with friends and farewelling those who will not be around when we return. To add more demands to our new chill time we just got Foxtel at home (sort of on a whim) so time is running away from us.
With this hectic schedule it's no surprise that little departure preparation has occurred thus far. Thankfully, a lot has been pre-planned and pre-booked so all we really have left to do is pack our bags and head for the airport. The flight departs at 7am on Saturday morning but because Air Asia X is a budget carrier check-in closes at 6am so you can guarantee that the day will be starting somewhere on or before 5am. All this is of course after my work's social club Christmas party the night before.
I'm excited about another trip overseas, especially to a raft of new countries and destinations with a different vibe to those I've been visiting recently. We'll see how traveling with Charles again goes but I'm confident a good 2 weeks will be had with all.
I'll catch up with you all next in Kuala Lumpur (hopefully)!
