Today I went to the Yangmingshan Park in the morning. It was so much fun. We like hiked up a little into like the back trails to this waterfall. There were people soaking their feet in the water and it was so pretty. I would have loved to just spend the day there reflecting and hiking around. We went to a temple in the park that was very beautiful. There is so many temples here and none of them look the same. I suppose because in the Buddhist religion there are many gods to worship. Well we left there and went to this wonderful restaurant on the hill. It is where the kamikaze pilots in the Japanese war would have there last meal and a group of witches used to live in the place to so it had quite a history. I ate so much
hot springs
. I am really getting used to the food here. It was a Mongolian style meal but they also had another buffet and ice cream. We then went to two museums one was an old hot springs hotel and the other was for the old native people of the island. We then headed off to the hot springs. It was a pleasant surprise that there were both hot and cold spring things. I spent more time in the cold one needless to say. Tonight we went to the night market. It was ok. We went to a different one then the first night. This one was more food then like stuff. Some of it was making me gag. It was packed though there were people everywhere. I feel like the people here are nocturnal because I always see so many people at night. Maybe Kim should live in Asia. Like some of the stores open at sunset.
