Orang Utans - what can you say?! We visited the Sepliok sanctuary, and ended up with about 150 photos in 1/2 hr. Not to mention 30mins video (there'll be some slideshow when we get back!)

There's actually a pretty large national park here and the orangs live semi wild, though some come back for feeding to platforms stationed around the park. Stars of the show were a couple of young orangs who were absolutley inseperable - and gorgeous!

Later we went to the Proboscis Monkey sanctuary - equally fascinating but not quite as cute (unless you like big noses). Really interesting to see how dominant the alpha males were in each group - could almost hear Attenborough doing his commentary again....
