We crossed over the border and received a stamp. Now by this stage, relations between Melanie and myself had gone rapidly down hill. John and Janelle wanted to go to Pilzen. According to the book, it is very industrial and ugly. The book was not wrong, so we left and headed towards Prague. We also managed to lose John and Janelle so Melanie was fretting. Before we arrived in Prague though, we found them. We set up camp, and in the morning, we went into the city. Lucy was not the only one who was unhappy. We decided whilst walking around that we would leave Melanie behind. We saw the sights, the bridge, the castle, the everything that Prague has to offer, and then we went back to the campground. We told Melanie we were leaving without her, she took it quite well. The following morning, we packed up and said our goodbyes. Everyone said they would meet in London, but you could tell this was not to be true. We arrived at Kutna Hora. There was a nice cathedral here and a silver mine, which the Americans asked if there was a lift down the shaft. As there was not, they stayed behind. It was pretty good actually. The reason we were here was because there was an Ossuary there everything was made of human bones again. Once seen, we moved onto to find a spot for freecamping. This country had little roads leading into forests which we discovered suited our needs. First up was Tabor, this town was different. It had a little castle but we were here because there was a set of tunnels built under the town square. One problem, the tour was in Czech, but it was cheap, so we were down there. We next arrived in Telc, here was a place that had not been touched since the 1700's. The town square was so amazingly old. I had never seen anything like this. There was also a palace that we went to visit. It was interesting, but all through it were stuffed animals as the former royal family member used to like shooting. Quite garish actually. The guide was getting quite passionate and it was exciting, but sadly, in such a short time period, it was over. We found a little place next to a lake. The fog started to rise and it became dark. Then the shooting started. Slightly deterred, we woke in the morning, not finding any bullet holes and headed off to Ceske Budejovice.
