. It was a really good laugh. I wish we could have taken him with us!
When we returned to our hotel we found that 50 pesos were missing plus a $20 bill from my wallet. We usually always take our important things with us when we go out but we didn't want to take all our money and everything to the beach with us. We had hidden it in our room. So, it was really upsetting to know someone had come in and gone through all our belongings. We immediately went to the office and confronted them. All of the sudden they couldn't speak ANY English - funny. So we kept fighting and finally they agreed to take what we were missing off our bill. Unbelievable. So now we take everything with us when we leave our room. We don't like to in case something happens to our bag. So, needless to say, we were ready to get out of this town.
Ville La Angostura was our next stop. It was a beautiful little town buried high up in the Andes, right on a huge blue lake, but very touristy and overpriced so we only stayed two nights. The best way to describe it was Lake Genvea, WI. We found a great little diner where we ate both nights. The first night we got a pizza with ham, red pepper, whole olives and hard boiled eggs. It's sound a little weird but it was awesome! Unfortunately, we did not have the luck here as we did in Junin for accommodations. The place was called Residencial Nahuel. One day we left to go to the Parque Nacional Los Arrayanes and the Nahuel Huapi beach, which was beautiful, the lake water was just as clear as the Caribbean! While we were there we stopped at this place and had a few beers outside. Then we noticed him...out of the corner of my eye I saw this massive black thing - it was a dog. One of the biggest dogs I've ever seen (I should say FAT). He must have hung around that restaurant for years
