We are in Chandigarh again. I like this city very much. Is really well planned with lots of greenary. The city have been planned to perfection by the french architetect Le Corbusier. It serves as a capital for two states - Punjab and Haryana. It has nice things to offer such as Sukhna Lake which is known for it's picturesque beauty, many gardens within the sectors such as Rosy Garden (with it's early festival in Feb), Rock Garden (pretty impressive - the creator was Nek Chand), Garden of Fragrance, Hibiscus Garden, Terraced Garden (which we just discoverd and love it)...etc... There is one good size shopping mall - Fun Republic in Manimajra which is pretty dull but there are lots of little shops - I like the one in Sector 17, 35, 22 (with Barista Caffee, Costa Caffee, Cafe Day, Mc Donald and Subway...simply great with AC for Indian summer).
