Fire Capital is launching its second India focused fund which will be operational within 3-6 months. This fund would be dedicated to a diversified portfolio which would include hospitality, retail (malls), commercial offices projects besides residential townships. The earlier fund from FIRE Capital focused on residential, and mixed-use  developments that were centered around residential use , had concentrated  in township projects in cities like Indore, Jaipur, Bangalore, Nagpur, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Dehradun.
