'Falcon Realty Services Pvt Ltd' has announced to construct 'Global Eco City' at NH-8. On a concept of green building, this project will spread over an area of 35 acres. Executive homes, weekend homes and premium villas will be constructed in this project of Rs 300 crores. Installation of Solar Heating System on roof of every house shall be its specialty. In addition to this, all the walls shall be constructed in such a manner that the house may be cool in summer and hot in winter. Farm fresh organic fruit and vegetables will also be made available to the resident of Global Eco City. Pool bus facility to and fro office shall also be provided to its residents. Battery operated bus will ply from Global Eco City.
