i'm an alien
i'm an illegal alien i'm an american in old York I took the train up to York today - it's super fast! Whoosh! I wandered around the city this afternoon checking out the sites (I've been here before). The wall walk was closed though due to it being so bloody cold (there are patches of snow on the ground. wall could have ice, they don't want people getting hurt.). I walked the outer perimeter of it, but that's not quite the same. Now that it's evening, there's not much to do. I could jump out of dark alleys and scare the tourists doing the "ghost walk"... Now I'm in a well-hidden i-net cafe then I'll go visit the pub. The hostel I'm at has a bar, but it doesn't open 'til 10pm. There doesn't appear to be many people staying there now.
Tomorrow is Edinburgh then my tour of Scotland. (I bought a scarf today to be more prepared for the cold I'm sure to encounter.)
