So much for taking it easy last night.  I spent my weekly drinking budget in our first nite, so working here might end up being a good idea after all.  We went to Scubar, the bar underneath the hostel, which was kindof a sausage fest.  We left with really cool German girls, an army girl from Indiana USA, and a local from Adelaide.  Once we got to scruffy murphys, we started drinking pretty heavy and danced our faces off until the band started playing.  Gets kinda fuzzy after that, but judging by my headache in the morning, it was a pretty good time.

Today we walked the rest of the downtown Sydney harbour with Katie and Jane, and it was an awesome day for it.  We went throught the underground mall, up the Sydney Tower (similar to the space needle, but cooler), into the Sydney Opera House, across the Sydney Harbour Bridge, and into a bunch of really cool local bars with awesome patios in the blaring sunshine.  Just back from dinner, I tried a Roo kabab.  It was okay, tastes really gamie like bufflo.  Gonna hit the shower and wash off some sunscreen and get ready for tonite

Miss u guys back home, but definetly not the cold.  Ill post more tomorrow
