Got to Singapore (where my sister is currently holidaying with her boyfriend) and went to collect our baggage. I was standing there when I thought I saw someone familliar - my sister Sam! She had come to the airport to surprise me and pick me up, what a sweetie! We checked our hotel booking only to find they had cancelled on us *rolls eyes* so we booked another hotel (near Orchard Road, of course!) before setting off.
Sam and Shawn waited for us in the bar across the road whilst we had showers and freshened up. Clay and I met up with them at the Balinese themed bar, where we downed a few exorbitantly-priced cocktails (which were bliss after the long flight!) We then wandered down Orchard Road, and had Fish balls on sticks and other regional delicacies :P
Later in the evening after dinner, we walked along Orchard Road and looked at a Photography Exhibition on Global Warming and Climate Change...also went out for more cocktails to a gorgeous Island themed bar :)
