Completed another 17mile trek yesterday, from Alness through Dingwall and then lanes to Milton of Redcastle, a beautiful village. We are camped not far from there, along the Beauly Firth. Today the weather is gorgeous, very hot. I am taking it easy today, just a five mile walk into Inverness. I am in an internet laundrette!!! If I can get somewhere where I can use my computer I will download some pictures, we have been blessed with seeing plenty of wildlife, deer, seals, buzzard. We have also seen some interesting pebbles, shells and things!!! on the beaches. Padi is finding it very hard not to bring it all home with her.
Ben had an off evening a couple of nights ago, but recovered by the morning. Both Paris and he are having a great time. Again when I get the chance I will add some pictures.
Yesterday a man who was walking his two dogs near where Padi had parked up, looking for a camping spot for us, very kindly donated £10. Sorry we didn't get your name, but thankyou very much. :) Posters and cards are being handed out along the way, so word about the Trudge is spreading.

Caught you today as you passed our house and handed us one of your cards...we we're just taking alfie out for a walk, so good timing. Hope the weather continues to hold for you and that the midges don't pester you too much. If you have alink for donations please let us know and we'd be happy to contribute to your fund.

Good luck Marcus, Catriona & Alfie
