we made it to innsbruck despite the rain and widing roads through the mountains. the drive would have been amazing had it not been for the rain. instead it was verz stressful. thank goodness for the navigation system. it hasnät steered me wrong yet!

todaz we will site see in Innsbruck then head over to lucerne later in the day. the goal todaz is to find a watch!!

people have routinely asked us for help...why i do not know. just the other day we are standing in the munich underground and a guy walks up to me and asks "spiechen ze english" and for reasons which i cannot explain my response, with no accent, was "ehhh a little"

i did end up helping him though, so that was good.

well i would like to write more, but iäm standing in a phone booth that has a computer in it and my back is starting to hurt. all is great, except that i miss heidi so much its not even funny!!

I presume that you are going to Lucerne, via Austria to Switzerland? And not thru Italia? Lucerne is quite nice. Enjoy! - Bill P

A Watch!
Damn sorry honey, I really wanted to get that watch fixed for you before you left. But you had to have the Speeecial European watch that nobody in this damn town can fix!
