After a long night out in Lusaka I was back at 5.30 so got myself a cup of coffee, cleaned myself up, packed my stuff and went to the bus. Unfortunately I cannot sleep in a bus even if it's a very luxurious one like this with screens showing Eddy Murphy's ' Coming to America' and after skipping a night of sleep. Crossed a border for the 3rd time without having any local currency, in this case Botswana Pula but again managed to arrange post-payment. This border crossing is quite special since it the junction between Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Namibia which are all separated by the Chobe river. Bargained a price with the taxi driver and told him that I will pay him in Kasane where I got some money from the ATM. After buying a Botswana sim card I hitched my way to the campsite 5 km away with a Motswana (that's how you call someone from Botswana) teacher. Stayed one night at the Thebe River campsite and left early in the morning.
