From Bulawayo back to Harare I got on the oldest and noisiest bus you can imagine. When I put my iPod on maximum volume I could hardly hear nothing. It was so bad that even the Zimbabweans don't take this bus since it was only the driver, conductor, Martha and me. Luckily I got the chance to switch buses in Gweru and got on a proper vehicle.
It was good to come back 'home' to my Zimbabwean family and Haley, Brian, Memory, and Minox welcomed me as a brother. The plans however were changed because Sunday morning it was time to go to church. Brian is a pastor himself so he invited me to come and witness the session. Cleaned my shoes, shaved and borrowed Brian's jacket and it was a while ago since I have seen myself so nicely dressed. The session took place in just outside Harare and was in the open air. A
4 hour music spectacle and inspiring bible texts was the result and they especially translated some of the parts in English for me. At the end Brian and his brother introduced me as a guest and everybody welcomed me as I stood up and bowed. A real privilege of witnessing this event. In the afternoon it was time for a game of football and I could join and got good reactions.
Next day walked around in the city and visited Memory at her work. Some quiet days in Harare but good once in a while. Said goodbye to Brian and his family and went further on my trip.
