insurance coverage and stuff but he told me it didn't cost me anything since this is a public hospital. Apparently I only had a fever (39,2 degrees!) and an infection in my throat. Solution: a lot of rest, some paracetamol and antibiotics to kill the infection. Indeed I didn't pay for anything except for the paracetamol (0,15 eur) and the antibiotics (15 eur).
Had some quiet days hanging out in the city, Skyped with daddy and talked a lot with the other people from the hostel. Friday night went to some live musicians in the city with 2 people from the hostel and with Samuel the Mozambican guy I came to Maputo with. On the way the police stopped us for a passport check and I only had a copy without any visa stamps. A problem so I had to go to the police station or could bribe them. I was lucky that I was with Sami and Anna since the police man only talked Portuguese and eventually Sami went back to the hostel to get my passport, fuckers!
For the rest met interesting people like a German guy with his (20 years younger) Philippine wife who were already traveling for 3 years on 1 motorbike!! Also Sami, a Finnish guy from my age, was a nice guy to talk with since he has traveled a lot and is going in the same
direction I am going.
- bus from Maputo to Tofo you'd better arrange yourself (in stead at Fatima's) so you save about 200 mtc.
