In Minori, we learned how to make limoncello and had a taste testing of it. There's many different types of limoncello (besides lemon) including orange, strawberry, coffee with cream, and black licorice. I tried strawberry with cream limoncello. It tasted like cough syrup. Limoncello is not my favorite; I think it tastes like cleaner (way too strong). We then walked for a bit to a small coffee shop and had a small pastry stuffed with a limoncello cream filling with a cappuccino. The pastry was quite good - the filling had a very slight limoncello flavoring which was perfectly balanced with the sweet, flaky pastry.  Afterwards, we all went back to the bus and drove back to Vietri-sul-Mare. I don't remember the drive back; it wasn't along the Amalfi coast, so I fell asleep on the bus. When we arrived back at the hotel, we quickly got ready for dinner and ended up running into some other members from the TSOH at a restaurant. We all sat at one big table and I got a ½ meter margherita pizza.
