There is a stunning cathedral & jesuit colledge in Kutna Hora - the former, like most that I have ventured past/into - it's under construction... a rather cynical local told me - that the reason for this being that as a ''charity'' the church can't legally charge admission fees, but once the building is undergoing 'reconstruction' - it's ok to charge as a means of raising revenue... who knows...
but the main tourist attraction is a little chapel on the edge of the town, composed of the remains (bones) of over 40,000 patrons the Kosnice Ossuary. So much like the chandelier of the salt mines of Warsaw are completey composed of salt, these are composed of human bones...
