Again another place that had been recommended to me by people I had met on the way - and I think when that happens (especially by so many) you start to get images in your head of what to expect...
There is a stunning cathedral & jesuit colledge in Kutna Hora - the former, like most that I have ventured past/into - it's under construction... a rather cynical local told me - that the reason for this being that as a ''charity'' the church can't legally charge admission fees, but once the building is undergoing 'reconstruction' - it's ok to charge as a means of raising revenue... who knows...

but the main tourist attraction is a little chapel on the edge of the town, composed of the remains (bones) of over 40,000 patrons the Kosnice Ossuary. So much like the chandelier of the salt mines of Warsaw are completey composed of salt, these are composed of human bones... Macabre and little errie, perhaps at time a little too convincing that it doesn't seem to be real... but that is alot of bones. There are four pyramids, one in each corner, composed of skulls and limbs and each pile is a free form (ie/ it's not held together by anything)...
