Was up and had breakfast with Gareth and he asked me if I wanted to go for a run with him, which I said yes, so we drove to this park he like to run & train around it was a Multi premise park with baseball fields and playgrounds for kids and a couple of soccer pitches, with a walking and running track going around park that was exactly one mile.
We started out slow cause I haven't run in a couple of years and it showed I was very lucky to make it around on the first lap, in the end we had run around the course four times a total of four miles, and I felt quite good. Then we drove back to the house and Gareth got ready for work then he dropped me off at the Discover Mills Shopping Centre at 1.30pm, where I walk around and did a bit of shopping for 5 hours then meet Claire for dinner at a nice little Greek restaurant in the mall, then she drove us home and I started packing my bag to move on to my next location which was Washington DC was in bed just after Gareth got home.
