We drove from Noosa Heads to Brisbane, where Mandy lives with her parents. I was so excited to finally meet her mom and dad. Bea and Geoff are the sweetest people! They have beautiful South African accents and are so hospitable. Once we had settled in there we had to drop off the rental car so we took care of that then returned to our home away from home in Brisbane. The three girls huddled up in Mandy's room for the night where we listened to the geckos play once the lights went out.
