We had yet another long day on the road today, but such is the nature of getting anywhere in Australia. We passed lots of sugar cane fields and dead kangaroos along the way. We eventually got to Hervey Bay where we stopped for the night.

We had dinner at a place called Blazing Saddles Bar and Grill. It was a lot of fun there and the food was great. People were definitely there to party and the atmosphere was very relaxed, friendly, and fun. We had a good time there before calling it a night. 

Tomorrow we are going to explore Fraser Island!
