Our flight to Amsterdam from Glasgow was uneventful. I tried to sleep but without much success. While in Amsterdam I tried to find new sunglasses but the better quality glasses are not a good deal once you convert the price in euros to Canadian dollars.

We were very happy to hear everyone speak English to us there. The airport is huge and fantastic. You can shop, eat, go to an Internet cafe, take a train into town, or just relax. We had some dinner and killed some time on the Internet before finally boarding a plane to Lisbon.
