Sorry, but forget New York as the city that never sleeps! Joe and I have exhaustively explored the nightlife here in Lima and had a most excellent time. The people here are very welcoming and friendly and were up for partying hard, so what else could we do? It would have been rude to say no! We ended up at less touristy places which were great fun and at some house party on one night.

I have no photos of these crazy nights as me, alcohol and loosing things are pretty synonymous so the camera had to stay home. However, I am happy to report that Lima has been an absolute blast, even if a slightly expensive one, but now time to move on again.

We did manage to visit a few parts of the city in the few hours of daylight we saw, which I document thus.
