Day 124:  We got up early again to take the next ferry to the Island of Paros, it was a very windy day and the ferry had been delayed for the last two trips because of rough weather, we were somewhat lucky because the ferry left on time but it was the worst ferry ride I have ever been on.  Half of the group got sea sick, including Emma, and if we had been on there for any longer I would have been too.  Easy to say that when we got to our hostel most of the people had a sleep to feel better.

We had the afternoon free, so after Emma had a sleep we went for a walk along the beach and had some lunch.  That night we went for an orientation walk around the town and checked out part of the old fortification wall that was still standing which looked pretty cool and then went to the Church of 99 doors which is one of the oldest Christian churches in Greece.  It is called the Church of 99 doors because the 100th door was stolen by the Turkish when they took back part of Turkey and it is said that when Greece reclaims the door and put in back in the church then that part of Turkey would become part of Greece again.

That night we went to a restaurant on the other side of the bay where we had a pretty good Greek meal but then after dinner we participated in plate smashing and traditional Greek dancing.  It was really fun and very energetic, everybody got up and danced and had a great time.  After this we went into town and went on a bit of a pub crawl which included a stop off at a sheesha bar.  I'm also getting used to these cheap cocktail bars that we go to, they taste good plus I don't wake up with a hangover.

Day 125:  Today we went on a sailing trip around the island of Anti-Paros which was just off the cost of Paros, we were lucky as the previous two trips were cancelled and the boat we were on was the only boat allowed out since they knew the captain well.  This boat trip was awesome fun, we went swimming off the boat through caves and arches, had snorkeling gear, stopped off at a secluded beach where we had a bbq with fresh octopus and Greek salad, all you drink wine and ouzo (which is disgusting).  It was simply a great day which everybody enjoyed.

That evening we went into town with a few others and had dinner then stayed for a few more cocktails.
