HE SAID:
After leaving Nerja, we started our drive to Mijas.  We knew that our hotel would be difficult to find; www.beachhotel.nu.  We found it much easier than we expected and I was so happy to have chosen this place.  It has 10 rooms and literally felt as if you were a guest in someone's house, so relaxing.  This house is on the sand and had a great pool.  We walked along the sand to the Sheriff's restaurant that is on the sand and had excellent food.  While at the restaurant, I found interest in discovering a 2 year old girl wearing a thong bikini.  Nothing like eating a good meal with that kind of view.  We went back to the hotel and spent the rest of the time by the pool and then ventured off into the town of Mijas for some good Thai food.
SHE SAID:
I loved staying in Mijas at the Beach House.  Beautiful, quiet expect for the waves, and comfortable.  Even the swimming pool was heated, 86F (my kinda pool).  Walking along the beach was interesting because the majority of the shells on the beach are whole shells (almost the size of my hand) and not just little pieces, very cool.  I could stay here a long time!
