We had an early morning bus back to Stone Town for some reason that I have yet to figure out. Some people were staying since the trip was basically over and I soooo wished I could join them. I don’t consider myself a beach person but I could of used at least 1 or 2 more days there. We are always rush-rush. I wanted to play volleyball and do some more bikini watching. And the water was crystal blue and fantastic! We went back to Stone Town and hung out for a few hours and then caught the super ferry back to Dar Es Salaam. The ferry was a lot rougher and notorious for making you sick on the way back. Then the other ferry back to the other side of Dar by way of the 5-minute ferry again. Followed by hand wash clothes time and chill by myself time before bed. I have learned something on this trip. I learned what my threshold is for group travel. Answer: about a month. As soon as we arrived to Stone Town on our way back, I just wanted to be alone. So as soon as we had free time, I went off by myself and enjoyed some internet time and lunch all alone. Then on the ferry, I purposely sat alone and also the walk to the 2nd ferry I was alone. Then the rest of the day too. It was nice.
