This is no fun and really really I thought that we were both going to die we passed the floods and then all the roads that we were travelling through were also flooded if you can imagine this part of Turkey is really poor a lot or familys with sub standard accomodation and not much of there own and this has now been flooded all the crops have been destroyed by the rain and its really devestating
. Well this is where we where travelling through. At one point the road was a river and the river at the side of the road was flowing over the road I thought that we where going to get swept away one part of the road on the journey had completely caved in with police all around it but we go here in the end and we are safe now. The bus was so good though they have a man comıng arouınd wıth cups of tea and coffee and free cake and then thıs hand wash that smells of lemon and you get to put ıt on your hands and face. Had my fırst experıence of a squat toılet ı felt sıck how ın the world are you meant to use them there ıs a bowl of water for who knows what and I had to pay 50 cents for the comfort of squattıng. Did not do much to write about but the room in comparison to the one istanbul is amazing hot water fluffy towles and a double bed whoop whoop so going to go bed.
Finally checking out of our hostel and travelling to somewhere new. Had breakfast Dan would be proud I made egg in a cup it was amazing and I know its eggs again ha ha. Had to wait for an hour to get the shuttle bus to the bus station. I dont know if anyone has been checking out the news but Turkey is experiencing some crazy weather they have had an earthquake this week since we have been here and over 30 people have died in floods on the outskirts of Istanbull so we got the bus out today a 5 hour ride taking us through the area that had flooded and it never stopped raining the whole way to our destination.
