Taking a scenic route is nice, but when the sun has set, it's dark in the mountains ;)
You see a sign for a 'scenic stop', but you don't see the beauty anymore.
The last 2 hours of the 4 hour drive was in complete darkness.
And since we had no idea what the address of the bed and breakfast was, we needed to gamble if we could sleep in a bed that night.
There were some hotels, but they were to expensive to my taste.

We started the evening with a nice dinner.  Altough they had rooms too, I asked them for the direction to the bed and breakfast.  No Vacancies said the sign when we arrived there.
A couple of miles further was a not so standard hotel (with free WIFI)
So we took that.
