Offcourse you can visit the Grand Canyon in different zays. Our way was a trainride to the South Rim, I wa a little bit disapointed. Mainly because the Canyon wa so overcasted, that you could not see the colours that you often see on pictures.
The second reson was that we were at the top of the Canyon, and your eys realy can not translate to your brain that the Canyon is vast.
You see a little river at the bottom, but that river is in fact gigantic and 7 miles away. I suppose you realy need to be at the bottom of the Canyon to let yourself overwelm.
The hot lunch on the motorcoachtour was 'yikes', and realy not needed. Our driver/narrator was a talker, but not a storry teller. So often we listened to the stories of the other narrators in the neighbourhood, instead of seeing him taking pictures.
On the journey back to Williams, the train get robbed. Lucky for us we saw that scenario in the brochure ;)
