We managed to get a ride on the shuttle to the Alamo Rental Car desk. By 10am we were back at the hotel, ready to start the 'real' trip. I prepared 2 boxes of fresh beggies and fruit in the Metropolitan supermarket. 13$ worth of veggies... they must be good (and they were)
We stopped at the Apple shop in the University village to by a jacket for my my macbook. Some protection won't hurt the thing.
After that it was streight to the Canadian border. We took the I5.
Since we took the wrong lane (only for card holders) we could pass the border in only 3 minutes. Lucky for us they believed us that it was a mistake.
By 3pm we arrived at Martha's place in Vancouver. We did a quick exploration of the neighbourhoud and by 4pm we were welcomed by Martha and here cat.
After a lively chat with this wonderful girl, we took the Skytrain and went for dinner at Provence. Back at the house we all went for an early nap.
Tomorow is time for Scott and Rachel. We'll take the ferry at 18:OO at Horseshoz bay.
