The Seattle border and customs check was piece of cake. A real difference with Nex York. I counted for 2 hours to leave the airport, but all in all, we passed the border and we collected our lugguge in less then 1 hour.
Driving to Downtown Seattle was another thing. We could take busses 194 or 174. The 194 is an express bus, so that one would drive us faster. But the 2 busses at the airport terminal were not moving. So at the end we just checked in into the 174.
Taking a bus in Seattle requires you to have the exact change. Since nobody wants to brake a 10$ bill, I had to buy some mints. (Later that evening I bought myself a chocolatmilk for the same reason. That shopkeeper was genereous and gave me all the change in 1 dollar bills.)
I had planned only 1 thing to do after the long trip : Going to Sears to pick up an order.
There was not that much more we could have done that evening, and my hubbie was realy tired.
So bus 18/56 drove us right in front of the Sears Store and there I could pick up my ordered Flip Mino. And it does what it promises : Right out of the boc (after filling in the date and time) you can shoot your first movie. The battery is full.
After returning at the hotel we dined at a Thai restaurant Racha (23 Mercer Street, Seattle) The Crab Delight was a real delight. Fried wontons with ricota and crabmeat.
Back at the hotel at 21:00 my hubbie crashed. I tried to sleep, but first "had" to write down what we did that day. It brings peace into my mind.

Hallo daar
Blij je te lezen. Ik hoop dat jullie ondertussen al een beetje uitgerust zijn. Goed nieuws over de Flip ook. Ga je voor de Mino of de Ultra?
Knuffel!
