Hello from Nazca,
We are at the foothills of the Andes, about 90 minutes away from catching a bus ride up the mountain to Arequipa. This morning we flew over the Nazca Lines in a 4-seater Cessna 172. Well actually, in 2 Cessnas, due to the risk of Clare vomiting all over Tony. Despite the planes constantly banking at 90 degrees to give all the passengers a good look, the precaution proved unneccesary. Then we went to the nearby necropolis - in the dead centre of town - to view the remains of the mummies buried there over a thousand years ago. It was very cheerful! then in our private vehicle we were escorted to our next activity of a ceramics pornography display. Although most of the pieces were actually very tasteful and not genitally focused.
Just so you know there are now some photos attached to the previous blogs ... so go back and view them again. This might also happen in the future so be aware.
We are annoyed with this dodgy keyboard now so that is all, stay tuned for more!
Adios from the desert.
:D

Wow, so much in such a short time. I love reading your entries and the pics are just great. Caught up on the last two at the same time - fantastic, keep up the good work. I wondered houw you'd handle the small plane Clare! Waiting in anticipation for the next. Mum and Mark
