We took a trip on the 16th to Sentosa Island. It's effectively a "theme park" island and mainly caters for tose looking for beaches. We took the cable car across the sea to get there, and went to see the aquarium. Saw some sharks, manta rays, Dugong, weedy sea dragons and some other stuff. We popped outside to see the turtles before taking a trip down to see the dolphin show. We ventured to the most southern point of Asia before heading back in the cable car to go back to the city. A city that we forgot to mention is very clean indeed, and a city where you can get fined for just about anything. Crossing the road, dropping litter, shouting too loud, breathing too near people, everything. People are so apologetic. If they take up 1mm of your personal space, they instantly back off apologising for the next 10 minutes for any offence they may have caused you.

We ventured back to our hotel planning what we need to sort out as Australia is only a day away. On the 17th we decided to post back some bits and bobs, then nipped into the town to buy an underwatercase for the digital camera. We walked around before having dinner then headed off to the airport, where we paid to have a massage before we were due to board our flight for Australia.

So thats it. Goodbye Asia. Its been suprisigly good, with Koh Lanta and Chiang Mai probably being the highlights so far. Now its off to the Sydney ready for working (boo) and xmas and new year (yeah!).........
