We leave our really nice resort in the morning not knowing where we will sleep tonight.  Somewhere between Pacific Harbour and Nadi, we guess.

We hit Korotogo, which is advertised better then the next town:  Sigatoka, in the Lonely Planet.  After a little bit of shopping, we book into the:

40 euro/night for a basic room. OK view and swimming pool, being a rectangular hole in the ground.  No charm.

We drive to Sigatoga for lunch. We end up in the True Blue hotel/restaurant/bar. Do NOT make the same mistake. It was terrible. My arms were sticking to the table: this table did not see water for a long time. I ordered a sea food salad, Dr T fried rice and scampi's.  We were hungry. An HOUR later: no meal. Hubby asked: they were working on it: it was busy. Where, where? There were not more the 3 tables taken. When it finally arrived, I got a very small plate with ... something. It looked like something that was already eaten before. I ask if I could have some bread. Answer: no, only if I pay for it. OK, I'll pay. To cut a long story short: do NOT go there!

Soaking in the swimming pool in the afternoon, we met a Swedish-New-Zealand couple. They recommended the Bedarra Restaurant, almost next door.  And we did like it very much:

We left the next morning, delivered our car and went for our plane to Tavenui. Cool plane but the one NEXT to ours was even cooler: a water plane!!!!

See you in Tavenui.
