The Brother, the Nephew, and the Girls from Gent

We visited my little brother, who is also my big brother. He is 18 years my senior but we used to have a big brother too: 23 years older than me, who passed away years ago. My brother has a wife, a dog and a cat. It is almost impossible to see the cat, he is always euh ... out hunting, let's say.
He also has a son, my nephew Kris, who also has a wife Annick and a gorgeous daughter: Elise. And a couple of cats. Since it is more work for them to go on a visit, we visited them twice. I guess they consider themselves lucky that Auntie does not live in Belgium: she would visit every month!
It looked as if we would not see 'the Girls from Ghent': Evelyn and Iratxe. They were on a holiday when we were in Belgium. We managed anyway. Cosy evening in Ghent.
