And indeed: there is Greg. Hugs and hugs.
Dr T withdraws some money and we take a taxi to Greg's place. The transport Greg uses in Singapore is his Harley and we have too much luggage to be picked up by his toy ... . First I have to check out the terrace. It is a beautiful apartment, spacious and on the 22nd floor. He shares it with another pilot: Christo from South-Africa. After the first coffee, we switch to beer. Are you not worried if you see all those beers in front of Captain G, while he still has to fly today??? No need to worry: he stops drinking at least 10 hours before his flight: you are safe!
Morning becomes noon and the brothers go out of a meal, while I snooze. Tomcat joins me after his meal. When we wake up it is 18h and now I am starving. No worries: the apartment Greg lives in, has a couple of twin sister and together they own: a supermarket, swimming pool, gym, tennis courts, restaurants, ... . Since Tony was in the restaurants at noon, he will take me there. He thinks. I think. But he gets lost. In Greg's back yard. The restaurants, Dr T found after aaaaages, are little food stalls on a big square. Choosing is difficult. We have a large Tiger beer with Carlsberg glasses filled with ice, while grandma makes my diner. I am greedy and take AND fried rice AND fried noodles. Hubby had already Cantonese food at noon and takes mixed grill.
We walk back home. Hubby thinks. I think. But he gets lost AGAIN. In Greg's back yard. The most bizarre thing: Greg's apartment is never locked!!! The get into the domain of buildings you need to go through gates. There you wait till someone else comes along. Same for the door downstairs of the building. Then you take the lift to the 22nd floor and ... walk in! Everybody can do it. So do we. When we walk in we meet Christo and his girlfriend, who invites us to the terrace for a beer. Of course, we except. Time flies and Captain G comes home around 1. More beers and we to bed by 4. More thumbnails ...
