We do amongst others:
* The Small Tunnel dive: this is a dive between the corals in very narrow places and deep: 32m.
* Two wreck dives: one wreck is called the O.V.: the Orde Verde: the green gold. It used to transport bananas (which were green at departure) in the 1940ies and when that went out of business, it started transporting marihuana. But the ship's captain cheated on his crew and when they found out they tossed him overboard. Unfortunately for them, he was also the only navigator on the ship, so it sunk within 24 hours. I like the stories almost as much as the diving.
* The Fish Reef: called like that because, indeed ... there are a lot of fish. It is like diving in an aquarium! Dr T finds a puffer fish, which head is almost the size of ours! Never saw that before! He has eyes like a dear, big and brown.
The engineer checking out the compression tanks:
'Our' diving boat: very nice indeed:
Dr T redoing our weight belts, he had them inside out ...
Of course there were evenings, too. We walked to downtown, about an hour and watched the sun go down.
Hard Rock Café: Tomcat with his meal:
and for the first time in my life: I bought 2 IDENTICAL badges: they have the diving flag and a diver on it!!!!
Our starter at the Irish pub, where we had a very nice meal. Tony just before he beat me at cards: GRAAAAWL.
