We are a bit behind, since Dr T played his computer game for 6 (six) hours yesterday and growled at me if I even LOOKED at his laptop. The last statement is not true. He also copied all the pictures and put my music on CD's for our last week with Lancelot.

We were waking up at Florida City, planning on driving to the west coast of Florida. Coast = sea and sea= diving. We chose Fort Myers, quiet a drive but not too far.  The traffic was bad, though and we arrived there early afternoon. We found yet another discount hotel (with thanks to Michal, for reminding me of the vouchers, I sort of forgot about them) and decided to go for the sunset to town or the harbor or the seashore. We left and I thought Dr T would drive a mile to downtown or the sea so I did not take a map. He drove for miles and I had no clue where we were. You have to know that many of the American cities do not have a 'center' or 'downtown', like all Belgian cities have, hell, we even have that in smallest town!

Needless to say, we got lost and luckily my hubby has a nose for directions, I had NO clue where we were. We turned around and managed to find a nice pub not far from our hotel, where we spent an hour drinking wine and chatting. Can that boy chat!!!

I forgot to mention my cold: by then: my eyes were watering, I had to blow my noise every 3 minutes and all my sinuses hurt. In combination with our body still recovering from the 17 hours under water, I just wanted something quick to eat and go to bed. So: we went for a McDonalds. Do not comment: this is the States: you can actually have McDonalds here! At home, Tony told me my face looked like a mixed ice-cream: my eyes (from being covered by sunglasses) were white, my nose bridge (from the sun) was brown and my nose wings (from blowing my nose all the time) was red. That made my face a vanilla, chocolate, strawberry ice cream!
