Les demes possibilitats: anar caminant, a cavall o a camell, o be eren massa cares, o massa cansades.

No m'arrepenteixo d'haver-ho fet.

Another must see in Jordan is Wadi Rum desert. I have contracted a tour at the hotel where I am staying in Petra that includes a 4WD tour around the desert and a one night stay, dinner and breakfast included, at a bedouin tend in the middle of the desert. I am aware that this is a tourist trap, not very original, but that's what needs to be done if one wants to visit Wadi Rum. The other possibilities: crossing the desert on foot on my own or horse / camel riding were either too expensive, too risky or too exhausting.

I don't regret doing it. The desert is such a spectacular place, the landscape, the colours are just incredible. As always, it is not possible (at least for me) to capture in a photo the size, the dimension, the silence, the solemnity of such a place. On top of that, the tour mate (americans, japanese, czecks, yemenies and australians) are really nice, and that contributes to create a great atmosphere and enjoy the trip twice as much.

Jaima o haima
