Tom still did not feel 100% so we played safe and stayed indoors again. Tom finished updating his family history website and Ruth researched the next stages of our trip. As part of organising our travels we discovered a quirk. Tom tried to book flights online with Northwest Airlines but couldn't as their computer system only accepts credit cards with US billing addresses. So he phoned the airline and was able to book the flights but they have the same business rule: a US credit credit with a US billing address. Then we were told that the reservation would be cancelled if we didn't pay for it within 24 hours!
