A quieter day.  Most of the group met in a meeting room at the Baron of Beef to discuss the idea of setting up a Website.  You probably won't be surprised to learn that Tom and Ruth have been given the job of facilitating this.  Ruth was also elected Secretary unopposed.  In fact there was no competition for any of the positions; Sandra being President, Stephen (her husband) Treasurer and Fred the Stedman Historian.

In the afternoon we went to the local Garden fete in aid of the Air Service.  There we had a pleasant afternoon tea and Tom was brave enough to enter the Guess the Weight competition - you had to guess the weight of the lady conducting the competition.  Tom was obviously not correct as we the prize has not been brought to The Willows.

Then back to the Baron of Beef for dinner.  We received a free meal (main course) because we had enrolled on their loyalty program of a free meal after four visits.
