Three-day visit to Nizhny Novogorod for work.

We visited the city center (according to Wikipedia the fourth largest city in Russia) in the evening. In the past the city served as a Russian fortress with a dominating Kremlin structure on the hill. During the communism era, the city has lost a touch with the outside world as it hosted some of the Russian key industries (engineering, R&D, automobile and airplane industries). This is somehow visible in the overall industrial ambience.
