We woke up to more excellent weather - clear skies and no wind...perfect for a sky dive! After breakfast we headed to the air strip; we had a briefing, got kitted up and met our instructors before jumping into the plane. We opted for the highest jump - 15000ft (4575m), which took about 15 minutes to reach. On the way out someone jumped at the lower height of 12000ft, which was...interesting to watch. At 15000ft I was first to jump, followed by Lizzie - absolutely mental! Jumped out and started free-fall with some awesome views over the mountains - including Mount Cook and Mount Aspiring, Lake Wanaka, and the World Heritage Mt Aspiring National Park, all while falling at 200kph! We had people taking video's and photo's as we fell and landed - they say a picture says a thousand words...
