Just to catch up with where I am at the moment; Yesterday (Sunday) Molly came over, it was really hot so we went swimming in the Burn's pool for a lot of the day and were playing cards. Molly taught me how to play prediction wist, top game FYI. Then when Abby headed out we decided to put on the BBQ and cook some steaks and Molly made some potatoes. We had some cider and had a lovely relaxing meal in the sun.

Then on Monday I had been saving going to the aquarium but I couldn't hold out much longer. So I went. From the outside it looked quite small but it wasn't...

There was so much to see there, the first section had lots of exotic fish (well to me). There were puffer fish, massive tuna fish and everything was so brightly coloured. They had a section dedicated to the east coast; wet my interests to say the least. It got me really excited about going up the coast. There were lots of the 'dory' fish - scientific I know! - And everything was just pretty cool. Then there was another section for crabs and the like. I didn't realise they could be some big, one of the crabs had a leg span of 10ft; it looked like a giant spider with pincers Gwen you would have freaked out! After that I walked through the kind of classic aquarium style where it's a tunnel and the fish swim over your head. This was probably the coolest sections as it had sting rays and about 4 different types of sharks, they weren't even adults a lot of them and were over 2m long! This section also had a massive sea lion, as you'd expect it was pretty fat, but I didn't realise how big they really were. Then at the end of the aquarium it has a giant tank with a mixture of wildlife, including sharks that a jagged sword as a nose, not sure what it was but it was cool. There were also some big tuna mixed in and I think the biggest one weighed about 20-30Kg, anyway I've put a few pictures on here but most of them are on Facebook if you want to look at some cool animals. I hope I get to see lots of them in the wild.

Also Ryan, sharks are a lot bigger where you're next to them. Going to takes balls of steel to get in that cage... can't wait ;)
