We left Yellowknife right after work....well, almost....first Subway, then we left. The drive was uneventful for the most part. GAWD I love my Sirius satellite radio...sure makes the 600km+ of zero radio stations a lot more fun!! We brought chair dancing and singing at the top of our lungs to a whole new level.

At 11:45pm we pulled to our first stop at the Territorial Falls campground at Louise Falls, set up the tent and fell asleep to the sound of the falls outside the tent.

Thursday August 25, 2005

The next morning we got up, had some breakfast, coffee and went for a short walk to Louise Falls to check out the view.



After packing up all our gear we jumped into the truck and drove a whole 3km to Alexandra Falls and hiked down beside the falls for some great photos!
